At the beginning of 2021, the first edition of the SkillFactor project took place – a combination of a talent show with a gaming tournament in Counter Strike: Global Offensive.
After the warm welcome of the first edition, we’ve decided to continue the project during the second season of the event.
The formula remained unchanged – four influencers (professional esports players, streamers and people related to the gaming world) took under their wing one team selected during the qualification, and then tried to convey to their charges’ knowledge not only about the game itself, but also about discipline and other skills necessary for success. We’ve created a few new video materials, such as “Tower of Questions” – which was based on influencers playing Jenga and answering questions about their lifes and career while playing it.
The stars of the second edition of SkillFactor were: Daniel “STOMP” Płomiński, Marika “ikusiaa” Gąsiorowska, Ewa “mrs.honey” Wyszatycka and Kuba “KubiK” Kubiak.
“The first edition of SkillFactor exceeded our expectations. The great commitment of the players participating in the tournament and influencers translated into a positive reception both among the industry and viewers. The second edition will bring even more emotions, and the proven formula will be supplemented with new and interesting activities that we will not mention yet. Fans will be pleasantly surprised. This is the next step in the development of both the project and our agency. ” – says Artur Gałecki, Head of Communication at VYRAL.
The fight was very balanced, but the STOMP team from the very beginning showed a very high level of skills and even exemplary communication.
The teams led by STOMP and KubiK reached the finals, but it was the team led by the Izako Boars player who defeated their rival and won the tournament’s main prize.

The first edition of the project was a great unknown at the beginning, but it turned out to be a bull’s eye. We hope that SkillFactor will stay in the minds of Polish players for good. ” recalls Arkadiusz Chimiak, Marketing Advisor for ACTION.

During the event, they (once again) prepared special promotions for peripherals, gaming computers and components that were available on the SkillFactor website.
